Five easy steps to return your order:
1. Make sure the shoes have not been worn outside, and the wheels are in their packaging before you put these back the shoebox.
2. Complete your return form and add this to your shoebox.
3. Place your shoebox back in the shipping parcel and write your order number and the return address on the outside of the box.
4. Take the package to your post office.
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. But if you would like to speed up your refund, you can email us the tracking number, and we will refund your order while it is in the post.
5. If you are ordering another size please contact our customer care team for a "free shipping" code on your replacement order.
